The UKGSAT is a professionally-designed psychometric instrument, designed for the
testing and assessment of middle leaders. It has excellent reliability and validity
and can be used in a variety of circumstances. Normally these will include: recruitment
& selection, as well as personal and professional development.
If you have been asked to complete the UKGSAT, you will have been given a login ID
and password. If you haven't, then please ask for them from the people who require
you to complete the UKGMAT.
There are two versions - numerical and verbal, so you will need to know which one
you are to complete.
For the numerical questionnaire, you may need a calculator, a pen, and some scrap
paper.
